We take pride in processing our orders. We award personnel that
continue to perfect the shipping department. They strive to increase
accuracy which is reflect in the number of customer calls
we receive. Please note any lost packages not on the
carriers list when delivered. If incorrect merchandise is received
through an error on our part, please notify us within 2 business
days and we will make the arrangements necessary to correct the error.
Returns for any other reason will be subject to a 20% restocking fee,
and must be shipped freight pre-paid. The returned merchandise must
be in its original new condition. No returns or exchanges on:
chemicals, glass, metals, any special orders, used, or discontinued
items. Please call for a return authorization number. Boxes
with No RAN # will be refused by our shipping department.
Because
we stock what we sell Most orders ship the same day if the order is
in before 4 PM via UPS ground. On rare occasions an item will
be out of stock and we will pull the product from the web site to
prevent unhappy customers. IF your product is out of stock in
most cases it will be shipped a few days after the instock items.
There is no additional shipping charge on out of stock products.
International Orders: The web site is only capable of calculating
shipping charges for the lower 48 U.S. states. Beyond this area we
must email you the correct shipping charges and wait 48 hours for
your acceptance before processing the order. Shipping charges don't
include any duties or taxes to your country.
We are not liable for
damage or loss of merchandise once it has left our warehouse. In the
unlikely event that this occurs, follow these procedures: UPS Shipments--if
the shipment shows outward evidence of damage, open the package before
signing the delivery receipt. Do not refuse delivery. Call us about
the damage merchandise. Please have the tracking number listed on
the box so that we may file a claim for the damaged goods. Do not
discard the outer box or any of the damaged contents as the carrier
may wish to perform an inspection. We will handle the claim with UPS
and replace or credit your damage ASAP. When contacting us please
have your invoice # available. U. S Postal Service-- Please take the
outer box with its entire contents to your local Post office to initiate
a damage claim. The Post Office requires that at least 30 business
days have passed before they will begin a tracer. Please note
that it can take up to a year for a USPS claim to complete.

Charges we must add to your order: Prices subject to change
without notice. Note: Extra Fee's we must charge and are not shown
on your order (products total less than $50 + $3.50) (Orders with
glass + $4.75) (For every 13 sheets of glass or part of we will
charge another $4.75). Example: up to 13 sheets of glass = $4.75,
19 sheets of glass = $9.50 ....... (orders with 6' metal boxing +
$9.00)
